Reduced the administration burden of adding new students to the platform, decreasing support logs in this category by 23% through a user-friendly addition feature.
Reduced support logs related to content recovery by 14% with the implementation of a historic restore feature.
Enabled admin users to easily access their most relevant content through the design of a favouriting feature, saving time and effort when navigating programs.
Redesigned error messages across the platform using an urgency scale (high, medium, low), further reducing the accidental deletion of content.
